Registration Information

To use our convenient online booking system, you'll need to register with us first. Once registered, you'll receive a dedicated pet email address that can be used for our booking system, vet correspondence, and pet insurance communications.

Important Information:

  • We'll create a Gmail address for you in the format: yournameandyourpetname@gmail.com or yourpetsnameandyourname@gmail.com
  • This email will become your dog's own dedicated email address for all pet-related communications
  • Once we've set up your access, we'll send your login credentials via email or WhatsApp
